Each AI-generated test case counts as one credit, regardless of the number of steps. Credits are counted when test cases are generated, not when they are saved to Azure DevOps.
Credits reset on the 1st of each calendar month for the Free tier. Paid plans reset based on your billing cycle start date.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated.

Borsch uses the OpenAI API with a proprietary multi-stage AI review — Draft → Review → Refine. Every output is independently critiqued and improved before you see it, with a transparent quality score.
Borsch does not store your User Story content, acceptance criteria, or generated test cases. Data is processed in memory during generation and discarded afterward. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Currently Borsch supports Azure DevOps Services (cloud). On-premises Azure DevOps Server support is planned for a future release.
